Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many thumbnail requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will get delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my design?
On average, most requests are completed in 24-48 hours. However, more complex thumbnails can take longer.
Who are the designers?
You might be surprised to hear this, but Thumbs is actually an agency of one. This means that you’ll be working directly with me ( Hi 👋) This ensures that you will have consistency throughout your thumbnails and a reliable point of contact to make it easy for you.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two thumbnail requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How exactly does the process work?
It's easy! Just sign up for one of our memberships and we'll invite you to a private Trello board where you can submit your thumbnail requests and track their progress.
How do I request thumbnail revisions?
Once you are subscribed, our entire workflow will be within Trello. There, you will be able to make any comments and we can go back and forth with ideas until you are happy. We can adapt to your creative mind and can build off of sketches, reference thumbnails, and anything else you come up with!
What if I’m not happy with my thumbnail?
We'll keep revising until you're happy, no matter how many changes it takes. We want you to love your final product!
What if I only have a single request?
No problem! You can pause your subscription until you need us again. When you're ready to unpause, you'll still have the remaining days from your previous subscription.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Sorry, no refunds. But trust us, we're confident you'll love what we create for you.
